Raising Cancer Awareness was 1st and foremost for all that attended the ASCS Sprint race battling the weather for a 3 hour delay ending around 1:30 am Sunday morning. It was a great turnout and a good race on a fast track once racing started. Photos shown in this gallery contain pre-race pit shots, spectators in the stands, HRP staff and suite holders all representing their awareness for cancer. In behalf of Houston Raceway Park, a check for $2,000.00 was donated to M.D. Anderson Cancer Center. Thanks to all that waited out the weather to see a good race and to show their support for Cancer Awareness.
